In fact, we found that the nightlife scene here is very relaxed, easy going and involves having many Aperols which we love. Venice is a super romantic city and we found that it was a great option for us visiting as a gay couple. Whilst there is no gay bars on the archipelago of Venice, which is where you will likely stay and explore, there are options nearby.

This was definitely the case for us and we felt very much at ease to have a romantic weekend exploring Venice hand in hand. It is held at a few different venues including places around Mestre nearest mainland to the historic town and take about 12 minutes on public transport and sometimes the surrounding cities including Padua 30 minutes public transport. They have themed evenings with a lot of animation on stage, drag queens, professional dancers and music from pop to reggaeton and house.
